Catsurveys accredited as an Investors in People organisation

We are delighted to announce that Catsurveys has been accredited as an Investors in People organisation at the Silver award level. This is a fantastic achievement for our team and reinforces one of our company values: ‘Our People are our greatest strength’.

At Catsurveys, it is important to us that we are considered as an employer of choice and are recognised as a company that looks after its people. With the Investors in People accreditation, we can boost our reputation as a great employer and demonstrate that we are determined to attract and retain talented people.

Feedback in our Assessment Report was very positive and a key strength that was recognised was our 'people’s connection and passion for the business, with a genuine desire to see Catsurveys succeed. This is supported by a committed management team, who have worked hard to develop an open and transparent business, where the voice of its people is at its heart.'


Why become accredited with Investors in People?

Our aim is to show that we are a business that genuinely engages with and invests in its team; it is our team that make the difference. The accreditation is recognised across 78 countries and focuses on 9 indicators and 27 themes which all reflect the features of leading businesses and organisations that consistently outperform industry norms.

The Investors in People framework allows us to measure employee feedback so that we can enhance performance, and shows us what’s working for our team and highlights any opportunities for improvement.

Constantly moving, constantly improving

The Investors in People Standard is a framework that will help us to benchmark our performance and create effective results. It’s not just a one- off review, but a journey with new perspective and clear milestones along the way.

As part of the accreditation process, our appointed Practitioner will carry out 12 and 24 month reviews. These meetings give us an opportunity to review our continuous improvement plan and ensure we are on the right track.
