Employee of the Month for December

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month December; John Charalambous! John is a Utility Surveyor and was nominated as Employee of the Month for his fantastic attitude whilst at work.

“This nomination is not just for December; but for the last few months; John has been on nights since September (along with others) and he just cracks on with it. He always works hard, nothing is too much trouble for him, and it is a pleasure to watch him passing on his knowledge to his assistant. He is also occasionally entertaining! I believe he thoroughly deserves this nomination, as a lot of what he does is not seen by the majority of people within the company who do not work with him on a day to day basis." What was your first thought when you found out you were the winner?
I was happy that I was recognised for all my hard work.

What does it mean to you to be awarded Employee of the Month?
It's really nice to see my hard work on-site is paying off and is being noticed.

What would you like to say to the person that nominated you?
Thank you to whoever nominated me. I'm sure one day they will be as good as me haha, just kidding!

Are you going to treat yourself with the ‘prize’ money?
I will be putting the money towards my wedding.
