We are pleased to announce that Catsurveys has been selected as the winner of the Mates in Mind SME organisation Impact Award 2020.
Mates in Mind’s Impact Awards aim to celebrate their Supporters’ outstanding efforts and commitment to improving the mental health and wellbeing of their workforces across the UK. As a charity, Mates in Mind works to address the stigma of poor mental health and promote positive mental wellbeing across workplaces.
The Impact Awards recognise those that have made outstanding achievements in not only building awareness and understanding of mental health in their workplaces but have truly helped to forge a positive culture.
This year the panel of independent adjudicators noted that the winning submissions clearly demonstrate an inspiring level of dedication and commitment to investing in their people, helping to driving meaningful change across the industry.
“We are extremely proud to have our commitment to positive mental health and wellbeing recognised,” explains Jodi Turpin, Mates in Mind Champion for Catsurveys.
“Considering the current global pandemic, it is even more vital that we look out for our workforces’ wellbeing. Having an already strong existing foundation for our mental health and wellbeing strategy is a great help during these times.”
Congratulations to all other winners and runners up of the Mates in Mind Impact Awards 2020. By taking part, we are all demonstrating how important mental health and wellbeing is to many organisations across the UK, which is an important step in combatting the stigma surrounding poor mental health.
